Responsibility
- Consult with clients to determine makeup direction and skincare needs, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Create makeup looks for fashion editorials, campaigns, weddings, and high-profile events.
- Apply makeup using brushes, sponges, and airbrush techniques; select color palettes and product textures.
- Ensure flawless complexion, longevity, and camera-ready finish under varied lighting and venues.
- Maintain strict sanitation and organization of tools, palettes, and disposables.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and hairstylists to achieve cohesive visuals.
- Mentor and supervise junior artists; share techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Manage and replenish makeup kit for shoots and events, tracking inventory and product usage.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional makeup artistry experience across editorial, fashion, bridal, or commercial work.
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility in beauty looks, complexion mastery, and color theory.
- Proficiency in makeup products, tools, airbrushing, contouring, and skin-care knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and exceptional listening abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-location shoots as required
- Certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Excellent sanitation practices and kit management with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
