Responsibility
- Provide personalized, consultative beauty advice tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and apply luxury skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through expert product recommendations.
- Build loyal relationships, maintaining a premium customer database.
- Conduct one-on-one and group product tutorials and masterclasses.
- Ensure exceptional store presentation and immaculate merchandising at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, launches, and competitor products.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury beauty retail or a high-end service environment.
- Strong knowledge of premier skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Cosmetology license or certification is an advantage.
