We are seeking a meticulous Military Analyst to support strategic analysis, threat assessment, and integrated defense planning in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain rigorous standards for data integrity, and contribute to actionable intelligence products used by senior leadership and field personnel.
Responsibility
- Analyze and synthesize complex military, geopolitical, and open-source data to produce actionable intelligence briefs and reports.
- Develop threat assessments, indicators, and risk mitigation recommendations for operations, preparedness, and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with intelligence, operations, policy, and planning teams to inform decision-making and course of action development.
- Maintain data quality in command-and-control and intelligence systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with policies.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leaders, field personnel, and partner agencies, adapting content for diverse audiences.
- Support scenario planning, red-teaming, and exercise design to test readiness and resilience.
- Monitor open-source and authorized classified sources for emerging threats and evolving strategic environments.
Qualification
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; U.S. citizenship required; interim clearances considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of military analysis, defense intelligence, or related experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools, data visualization, GIS, and MS Office; experience with C2 systems preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills; able to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to undergo background investigation and maintain strict confidentiality.
