Responsibility
- Design and execute molecular biology experiments, including PCR, qPCR, and gene editing.
- Analyze, interpret, and present complex experimental data to project teams.
- Develop and optimize protocols for DNA/RNA extraction and manipulation.
- Collaborate with bioinformatics and data science teams on genomic projects.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Manage laboratory equipment and inventory to support ongoing research.
- Contribute to scientific publications, patents, and grant applications.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and share technical insights.
Qualification
- PhD or MSc in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience post-degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in PCR, qPCR, CRISPR, and nucleic acid techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and scientific reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
