- Lead merchandising strategy: product placement, cross-sells, bundles, and seasonal campaigns to maximize AOV and conversion.
- Oversee order fulfillment, returns, and customer service escalation to maintain high satisfaction and on-time shipments.
- Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, CAC) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align product content, SEO, and landing pages for high-performance campaigns.
- Maintain data accuracy and feed synchronization with ERP/fulfillment partners; manage product onboarding and lifecycle.
- Own A/B testing roadmap for storefronts and email/product pages; synthesize insights to drive optimization.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL and analytics tools is preferred.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a bias for speed and quality; data-driven decision maker.
- Experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processes.
- Understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization; basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.
