PulseCart Global is seeking a results-driven Online Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce storefronts. This role blends operations, merchandising, and data-driven optimization to grow revenue, improve customer experience, and scale multi-channel channels.
In this role you will collaborate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product listings, optimized pricing, effective promotions, and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify and other major platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for customer-centric ecommerce.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily ecommerce storefront operations across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and marketplaces).
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, catalog merchandising, and seasonal launches.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and fulfillment performance; coordinate with supply chain and logistics partners.
- Analyze sales data, metrics, and A/B tests to optimize conversion rate, average order value, and funnel performance.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, email flows, SEO, content optimization, and paid media alignment.
- Implement standard operating procedures, quality control, and process automation to improve efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects to launch new products, brands, or markets, including localization and packaging assets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, returns handling, and issue resolution to protect brand reputation.
Qualification
- 3+ years of ecommerce operations management or online store management experience.
- Proficiency with Shopify; experience with WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce; familiarity with multi-channel ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools; SQL a plus.
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and vendor management.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners; comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization, and merchandising principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; remote-ready with strong time management.
