Responsibility

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement organization development strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including communications, sponsorship, and training plans to ensure adoption and sustainment.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics, culture assessments, and workforce analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and facilitation for teams at all levels.
  • Facilitate large-scale stakeholder workshops, strategic planning sessions, and OD interventions.
  • Develop talent management processes, succession planning, and learning solutions to build capability.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to integrate OD practices into HR programs and performance management.
  • Measure impact, create dashboards, and report on OD outcomes with data-driven insights.

Qualification

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives across functions and geographies.
  • Strong expertise in diagnostic methods, surveys, leadership development, and coaching.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable OD interventions and programs.
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, survey platforms, and MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Change management certifications (Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
