Big Fish Hunter is hiring an Outsourcing Operations Leader to drive outsourcing programs across HR and recruitment in Jakarta Barat. This role combines strategic sourcing, vendor governance, and hands-on operational execution to deliver exceptional service levels and cost efficiency for our organization.
In this role, you will partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to design scalable outsourcing strategies, set clear SLAs, and implement robust governance frameworks. You will own vendor relationships, negotiate terms, monitor performance metrics, and lead process improvements that reduce time-to-hire, improve candidate quality, and optimize headcount planning. You will also manage risk and compliance, ensure data protection, and drive continuous improvement across the outsourcing lifecycle.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end outsourcing operations, including vendor onboarding, performance governance, and SLA tracking.
- Design and implement scalable outsourcing strategies for HR and recruitment across multiple vendors.
- Partner with HR, Procurement, and business leaders to align outsourcing activities with strategic goals and budget.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), drive cost optimization, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Manage vendor risk, compliance, data protection, and audit readiness across all outsourcing arrangements.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team; optimize processes, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting and insights to support data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in outsourcing, vendor management, or HR operations.
- Proven track record in contract management, SLA governance, and vendor negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance; experience in recruitment process outsourcing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools) and a metrics-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on time.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
