Join Tigaraksa Satria, a leading distributor of consumer and pharmaceutical products in Indonesia. We are seeking a motivated Pharma Sales Representative to manage the Jember territory. In this role, you will drive pharmaceutical product sales and ensure timely distribution to retailers, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and distributors, gain deep product knowledge, and implement strategic selling approaches to expand market reach while maintaining high service standards.
As a field-based professional, you will execute territory plans, monitor stock levels with the supply chain, coordinate orders, and report market feedback to product managers. You will conduct product demonstrations, deliver trainings to customers, advise on proper product use and safety information, and promote promotions and new launches. You will maintain accurate customer records in our CRM, forecast demand, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all interactions.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, excellent communicator, and comfortable traveling within the district and surrounding areas. You should be able to translate clinical features into meaningful benefits for healthcare professionals and customers, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts with tact. Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred but a strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude can also lead to success.

Responsibility
- Manage and grow pharmaceutical product sales in the Jember territory.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with pharmacists, physicians, clinics, and retailers.
- Plan and execute daily visits using Basic Call Procedures to maximize coverage and product visibility.
- Collaborate with supply chain to monitor stock levels and ensure timely distribution.
- Provide product information, trainings, and ongoing support on usage, safety, and promotions.
- Monitor market trends, collect feedback, and report competitive activity to product managers.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.
Qualification
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian (local language helpful).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory regularly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and retailers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; data-driven with strong reporting skills.
