Requirements: current AHPRA registration or eligibility, 2+ years of private practice experience, strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills, excellent communication, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and differential diagnoses for clinic patients.
- Develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans with clear outcomes.
- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes to optimize recovery timelines.
- Educate patients on self-management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, orthopedists, and other allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Contribute to clinic operations, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Mentor junior staff and support ongoing professional development within the team.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy and full AHPRA registration or eligible for registration in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and advanced exercise prescription.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-education skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development.
- Experience with outcome measures (e.g., ROM, strength, pain scales) and documentation standards.
