As a PIC CRM at Wahana Honda, you will be responsible for following up calls with customers who have undergone heavy repair, claims, or job return processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Previous experience in customer service or CRM role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
