Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on federal and state legislative initiatives.
- Monitor political developments, trends, and key policy debates impacting clients.
- Author comprehensive policy briefs, memos, and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Engage with policymakers, stakeholders, and the media to communicate insights.
- Support the design and execution of innovative political campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Synthesize data from polls, news, and government reports to produce evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with data teams to analyze electoral outcomes and public opinion shifts.
- Represent the organization at events, panels, and conferences as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in political analysis, policy research, or government affairs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in interpreting legislative and regulatory developments.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with US political institutions, processes, and electoral systems.
- Proficiency with data tools (Excel, SPSS, or similar) and online research platforms.
