Responsibility
- Design, execute, and optimize experiments in the relevant research domain.
- Plan and manage data collection, quality control, and statistical analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate findings into publishable outputs.
- Prepare progress reports, grant applications, and manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor graduate students and manage lab protocols and safety compliance.
- Present research outcomes at seminars, conferences, and internal reviews.
Qualification
- PhD in a relevant field (or equivalent research experience) with a strong publication record.
- Proven experience in experimental design, data analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in Python and/ or R; experience with MATLAB or similar tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for scientific writing and presentations.
- Experience with grant writing or contributing to grant proposals is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with mentorship.
