Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction throughout all flights.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide clear safety instructions to all guests.
- Anticipate and respond professionally to passenger needs, including meal and beverage requests.
- Handle onboard emergencies and medical situations efficiently, upholding safety protocols.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, presentation, and inventory of supplies at all times.
- Collaborate seamlessly with crew members to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Assist with boarding, deplaning, and resolving passenger seating or service issues.
- Provide personalized attention to VIP and frequent flyer guests, enhancing brand loyalty.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel globally.
