Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service to passengers throughout all phases of flight
- Ensure safety procedures and aviation regulations are consistently upheld
- Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and premium beverages
- Assist passengers with special requirements or needs
- Perform emergency protocols and first-aid as required
- Maintain pristine cabin appearance and inventory management
- Coordinate with flight crew to optimize passenger experience
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience strongly valued
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a strong asset
- Must be 21 years or older
- Height between 5'2" and 6'0"; able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
