Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions for early- and mid-career professionals.
- Develop personalized career and leadership development plans.
- Monitor mentee progress and provide actionable insights and feedback.
- Facilitate workshops on soft skills, goal setting, and workplace dynamics.
- Build and maintain trusting, professional mentor-mentee relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to program improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and program managers to align mentoring outcomes with organizational goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Empathy and the ability to inspire, motivate, and instill confidence.
- Experience facilitating workshops or group sessions preferred.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive personal information.
