Responsibility

  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of community programs aligned with our mission and strategic plan.
  • Oversee grant-funded projects, including budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.

  • Monitor program outcomes using data analytics; prepare impact reports for leadership and funders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of program management experience in the nonprofit sector; experience with grant management a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to cultivate partnerships and represent the organization publicly.
  • Demonstrated experience with data-driven program design, monitoring, and evaluating impact.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience; proficiency with accounting software and dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and donor/customer relationship management (CRM) systems; familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
