Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and food safety standards.
- Oversee HACCP, SQF, and GMP compliance throughout production processes.
- Lead audits (internal and third-party) and ensure corrective actions are executed.
- Train and mentor QA staff to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain to achieve product excellence.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and initiate process improvements.
- Coordinate recall procedures and risk assessments as needed.
- Maintain meticulous documentation for all QA operations and certifications.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing QA roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and FDA regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certification as a SQF Practitioner or similar preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office Suite.
