Responsibility
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Develop and execute quality plans, inspection checklists, and sampling methods aligned with customer specifications.
- Trace nonconformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate quality data, generate metrics, and report trends to leadership.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to drive process improvements and prevent recurrence of defects.
Qualification
- Bachelor or higher degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in manufacturing or a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, GMP, and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in statistical process control and data analysis tools; familiarity with Minitab or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
