Responsibility
- Operate as the on-field official for designated football matches, enforcing the Laws of the Game.
- Make timely, clear, and well-communicated decisions to players, coaches, and match officials.
- Manage match flow, timekeeping, disciplinary actions, and injury protocols with professionalism.
- Collaborate with assistant referees and fourth officials to ensure fair play and safety.
- Provide accurate match reports and contribute to post-match reviews for continuous improvement.
- Remain up-to-date with rule changes and participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Demonstrate physical fitness and movement efficiency suitable for match demands.
Qualification
- Accredited referee qualification for football (soccer) at or above local league level.
- Proven track record of high-integrity officiating and conflict resolution.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and authority.
- Availability for weekday evenings and weekend fixtures, with flexibility for cup or tournament scheduling.
- Understanding of player safety, injuries, and basic first aid awareness.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and comply with local regulations.
