Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients, delivering white-glove support and guidance.
- Onboard and train clients to maximize their use of our digital platforms.
- Monitor client usage and proactively propose solutions to optimize value.
- Gather and relay customer feedback, collaborating with product teams for continual improvement.
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and a focus on retention.
- Develop and deliver periodic reports on client health and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys and success stories.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2+ years in customer success, support, or account management, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and relationship building.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive remote work ethic.
