Responsibility
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations.
- Lead onboarding sessions to ensure new users are set up for success with our products.
- Analyze account usage data to identify upsell opportunities and proactively address customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams to drive client outcomes.
- Document interactions and feedback in CRM systems accurately and timely.
- Champion customer-centric initiatives to improve product adoption and engagement.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and product updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and support software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and high attention to detail.
- US work authorization required.
