Responsibility
- Source and screen top freelance candidates across platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Toptal) to match client project requirements.
- Build and maintain a scalable talent pool of remote freelancers across tech, design, and marketing.
- Coordinate interview schedules, client briefs, and feedback loops to accelerate time-to-hire.
- Write engaging, clear job postings and employer branding materials to attract high-quality freelancers.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance) and report to stakeholders.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to define role specs and project scopes.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and engagement models with freelancers while safeguarding project budgets.
- Ensure compliance and documentation for remote engagements (contracts, NDAs, invoices).
Qualification
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on freelance or contract talent.
- Deep familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal) and freelance marketplaces.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and candidates across time zones.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems and data-driven sourcing techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional certifications are a plus.
