Responsibility

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with retail clients seeking lending and investment solutions.
  • Promote and cross-sell lender and investment products to meet agreed targets.
  • Conduct needs analysis, qualify client requirements, and tailor customized financial recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial inquiry to onboarding while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams to implement campaigns and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, track key metrics, and adjust sales strategies to optimize results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to better serve clients.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline, record activities, and provide timely reporting to leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
