Join Private Advertiser as a Security Guard SATPAM in Balikpapan Barat, Kalimantan Timur. As a SATPAM security professional you will be responsible for patrolling and guarding assigned zones, controlling access points, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Your responsibilities include escorting authorized personnel, monitoring surveillance or alarm systems, and coordinating with supervisors during shift changes and events.

Responsibility
- Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify safety hazards
- Monitor entrances and verify credentials for staff, contractors, and visitors
- Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies using approved procedures
- Document daily activities, incidents, and maintenance issues in clear reports
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter threats and protect assets
- Coordinate with supervisors and fellow security personnel during shifts and events
- Assist in crowd control and safety management during routine operations and special occasions
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous security guarding experience preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to patrol and stand for extended periods
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response
- Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain required certifications
