We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and scale ML platforms that power real-world applications in NLP, computer vision, and robotics. You will collaborate with product teams to define AI roadmaps, build production-grade models, and ensure reliability, governance, and performance at scale.

Responsibility
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate business goals into scalable ML architectures.
- Build and operate robust ML platforms and MLOps pipelines, including versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI systems.
- Experiment and optimize models to improve accuracy, latency, and compute efficiency.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and GPU resources to scale models across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Document architectures and decision logs to preserve institutional knowledge.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience building production ML systems and MLOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, data processing, and model evaluation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data engineering tools.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Math, or related field.
