We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy high-performance ML systems, contribute to product strategy, and mentor a growing team of engineers. This role blends research, systems engineering, and product impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role you will own end-to-end ML pipelines, work with data scientists, and ship production-grade AI features that power real-world applications across health, finance, and customer experience.
Responsibility
- Architect and implement scalable ML pipelines and model serving infrastructure.
- Lead end-to-end model development from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production features.
- Design and enforce MLOps practices, CI/CD for ML, and model governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and review code, tests, and documentation.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define user-centric AI features.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field; 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with ML Ops, model deployment, monitoring, and A/B testing.
- Experience with large language models and prompt-engineering; RLHF a plus.
- Solid software engineering practices: version control, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
