Responsibility

  • Lead design, development, and deployment of large-scale ML models and AI systems in production.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
  • Build robust data pipelines, feature stores, model training workflows, evaluation, and versioning.
  • Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, model drift detection, and governance.
  • Optimize models for latency, scalability, and cost; perform profiling and performance tuning.
  • Mentor junior engineers, contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and best practices.
  • Drive experimentation strategy; design A/B tests and measurement plans; communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, or related field; 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
  • Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow; strong data science foundation.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, MLflow, Seldon).
  • Experience with NLP or computer vision projects, including working with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Strong data engineering skills including SQL, data warehouses, and feature store concepts.
  • Solid software engineering practices: version control, testing, documentation, CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
