You will collaborate with research scientists, data engineers, and product teams to deliver robust, compliant, and scalable systems. Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable machine learning models and end-to-end pipelines.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate state-of-the-art research into production-ready systems.
- Build and maintain data processing workflows, feature stores, and data quality checks.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage ML models in cloud environments using ML Ops best practices.
- Continuously evaluate models for fairness, robustness, privacy, and compliance; implement bias mitigation where needed.
- Implement CI/CD for ML, model registry, and versioning across the AI stack.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Architect scalable, cost-efficient solutions and contribute to platform-wide standards and tooling.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field; 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML.
- Strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science tooling.
- Proven experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, LLMs, or other AI subfields; experience with data pipelines and feature stores.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, parallel processing, and scalable data architectures (Spark, Dask, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to contribute to cross-functional teams; strong problem-solving skills.
- Ethical AI mindset, familiarity with governance, privacy, and bias mitigation; publications or product contributions are a plus.
