Responsibility
- Lead the design, development and deployment of scalable AI models and systems in production
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and research teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Architect reliable ML pipelines and model governance frameworks
- Experiment with advanced algorithms in ML, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and observability
- Monitor model performance, bias, and fairness, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate results and impact to stakeholders with clear metrics and storytelling
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing AI models and deploying them to production
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with NLP, CV, or other AI subfields; track record of shipped projects
- Expertise in ML lifecycle, model optimization, data engineering, and MLOps
- Proven ability to work across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly
- MS or PhD in CS, AI, ML or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving, experimentation, and critical thinking
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD for ML
