Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end development of ML models and AI services from ideation to deployment in production.
- Partner with data scientists to translate research into scalable solutions with strong performance guarantees.
- Architect and optimize model serving with attention to latency, throughput, and reliability.
- Implement robust evaluation, monitoring, and alerting for AI systems in production.
- Collaborate with platform and data engineering to ensure data quality, reproducibility, and governance.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of high code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Stay current with AI research trends and proactively advance our technical roadmap.
Qualification
- Bachelors or higher in CS, AI, ML or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Strong proficiency with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with ML Ops and model deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable data infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of data wrangling, feature engineering, model evaluation, and interpretability.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
