Responsibility
- Architect, implement, and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Lead model development for production-grade AI features across NLP, computer vision, or multimodal domains.
- Collaborate with MLOps to automate testing, monitoring, and retraining strategies for robust performance.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate user needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Establish evaluation metrics, run controlled experiments, and drive model governance and reproducibility.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of excellence and high-quality code.
- Stay current with AI research and industry best practices, presenting findings to stakeholders.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building AI models and deploying at-scale ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle, MLOps, monitoring, and model governance.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Proven track record shipping customer-facing AI features with measurable impact.
