We are seeking a Senior AI Research Engineer to design, implement, and scale state-of-the-art models across NLP, vision, and multimodal AI. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ship high-impact solutions that delight users and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, prototyping, and evaluation of advanced AI models with emphasis on robustness, scalability, and interpretability.
- Own experimentation pipelines, model training, validation, and deployment to production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineering to curate high-quality datasets and maintain reproducible research workflows.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of rigorous scientific thinking.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions around model serving, monitoring, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Publish and present findings to internal stakeholders; contribute to open-source initiatives when appropriate.
Qualification
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML; equivalent industry experience considered.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying ML models in production.
- Strong proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow); experience with JAX is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal learning; track record of shipping impactful models.
- Experience with ML Ops, model monitoring, version control, and reproducibility practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong publication footprint or demonstrated research impact is a plus.
