We are seeking a Senior Asset Valuation Analyst who combines rigorous quantitative skills with strategic thinking. The successful candidate will own complex valuation engagements, develop robust financial models, and communicate actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end asset valuation engagements across real estate, machinery and equipment, and financial instruments.
- Develop and maintain multi-method valuation models (DCF, market comparables, income approach) with transparent assumptions.
- Conduct data gathering, quality checks, and scenario analyses to assess sensitivities and risk.
- Coordinate with clients, audit teams, and senior partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality documentation.
- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and management summaries for board-level audiences.
- Monitor regulatory standards (IFRS, GAAP) and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and model templates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in asset valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Expertise in valuation methodologies: DCF, comparable companies, real estate, and asset-based approaches.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA and Python (pandas) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP valuation requirements; experience with audit and reporting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management and client-facing capabilities.
