We are seeking a results-driven Senior Auditor to lead audit engagements across diverse industries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply risk-based auditing techniques, and mentor junior staff to uphold the highest standards of quality.
Responsibility
- Plan and execute audit engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Assess internal controls and risk management processes; design tests and perform procedures.
- Gather, analyze, and document evidence; prepare audit findings and recommendations.
- Lead and coach junior auditors; review workpapers and deliverables.
- Communicate audit results to clients and management; discuss remediation actions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Maintain knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory changes; support firm risk management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA.
- 4+ years of external or internal audit experience; Big Four experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in risk-based auditing, internal controls testing, and data analytics (Excel, IDEA/ACL).
- Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements; familiarity with Singapore standards a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities; collaborative team player with a professional service mindset.
