We are seeking a Senior Career Consultant to lead client engagements, develop compelling materials, and deliver transformative coaching experiences.
Based in Toronto, you will guide clients across industries to clarify career goals, craft standout resumes, optimize LinkedIn presence, and prepare for interviews with confidence.
Responsibility
- Partner with clients to assess career goals, strengths, and opportunities via structured discovery sessions.
- Design and deliver customized coaching programs, including resume optimization, LinkedIn strategy, and interview preparation.
- Facilitate actionable career plans with milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Coach clients through career transitions, negotiations, and advancement strategies.
- Produce high-impact resume and cover letter materials tailored to target roles and sectors.
- Provide ongoing accountability, progress tracking, and post-session impact assessment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create client success stories and proactive career resources.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; professional coaching certifications (e.g., ICF, CMC) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in career coaching, recruiting, or talent development with a proven success record.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and active listening skills with a consultative, empathetic approach.
- Strong expertise in resume optimization, LinkedIn profiling, and interview coaching across multiple industries.
- Deep understanding of job markets, employer expectations, and ATS resume parsing.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements, deliver results on tight timelines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent English; additional languages and international experience are a plus.
