Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth client assessments to identify strengths, objectives, and career aspirations.
- Design individualized career plans integrating market trends, skills analysis, and personal branding strategies.
- Provide expert resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile consultations.
- Facilitate interview preparation sessions, mock interviews, and feedback loops.
- Coach clients on job search tactics, networking approaches, and career transitions.
- Develop and deliver workshops on workforce trends and professional development topics.
- Maintain comprehensive client progress records and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry hiring practices, labor market data, and new consulting methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in career consulting, outplacement, HR, or talent management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in coaching professionals at various levels.
- Proficiency in resume development, interview coaching, and LinkedIn optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze labor market trends and advise on relevant career strategies.
- Certified Career Coach (CCSP, NCOPE, or equivalent) preferred.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
