As a Senior Career Consultant, you will design personalized coaching programs, deliver one to one sessions and group workshops, and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure client success. Responsibility
- Partner with clients to assess career goals and map action plans
- Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions and group workshops
- Create personalized career strategy documents, resumes, and LinkedIn optimization
- Provide interview coaching and mock sessions to enhance performance
- Conduct market research on industries and roles; network with employers
- Track progress and measure outcomes; adjust plans accordingly
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align offerings and attract new clients
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure high quality deliverables
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred
- 3+ years in career coaching, recruiting, or talent development
- Proven track record helping clients achieve career goals; portfolio welcome
- Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and personal branding
- Ability to work independently and in a team; hybrid or remote options
- Proficiency with career assessment tools (Strong, MBTI, CliftonStrengths) is a plus
- Data driven, results oriented mindset with attention to detail
