Responsibility
- Develop and refine storytelling concepts for campaigns, websites, product launches, and long-form content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate brand voice into compelling copy.
- Draft clear, persuasive copy across channels (web, email, social, print) while maintaining consistency.
- Lead editorial process, ensuring accuracy, tone, grammar, and style guidelines are met.
- Research target audiences and industry trends to inform storytelling strategy.
- Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, prioritizing quality and impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years of professional writing experience in advertising, marketing, or content creation
- Proven portfolio of brand storytelling, long-form narrative, and high-conversion copy
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to adapt voice across diverse brands and audiences
- Familiarity with content strategy, SEO basics, and user-centered writing
- Strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills
