NovaSphere Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our high growth team. In this role you will partner with strategic accounts to drive value realization, adoption and renewal.

Responsibility
- Own a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring adoption and measurable value.
- Lead onboarding and success planning for new customers from kickoff to value realization.
- Monitor health metrics, usage patterns, NPS, and renewal risk; implement proactive remediation.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with executives to demonstrate ROI and outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a customer centric approach.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the customer success knowledge base.
Qualification
- 4+ years in customer success, account management, or renewal oriented roles in SaaS.
- Proven track record of reducing churn and expanding ARR within your portfolio.
- Excellent communication and executive level presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data and translate insights into actions.
- Experience delivering onboarding, business reviews, and adoption strategies.
- Bachelors degree in business, technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
