Responsibility

  • Onboard new customers and guide successful implementation to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align customer goals with product capabilities to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Monitor health signals, identify risk factors, and implement proactive interventions to reduce churn.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and communicating insights to Product and Cross-Functional teams.
  • Deliver customer training, value reviews, and best practices to maximize product adoption and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Professional Services to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Own renewal contracts and collaborate on upsell opportunities when appropriate, contributing to ARR growth.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS
  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a Software as a Service environment
  • Proven track record of reducing churn and driving product adoption and expansion
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and CS platforms like Gainsight
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Collaborative, customer-centric approach and ability to influence without authority
