As a Senior Digital Archivist, you will lead strategy, governance, and operations for archival repositories, drive digital preservation initiatives, and mentor junior staff to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and internal projects.

Responsibility

  • Oversee ingestion, appraisal, arrangement/description, and preservation activities to maintain authenticity and chain of custody.
  • Plan and execute digital preservation strategies, including bit-preservation, format migrations, and fixity checks.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and information security to safeguard materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
