Verve Couture, a premier fashion house renowned for modern luxury and trendsetting collections, is seeking a Senior Fashion Marketing Manager in New York City. This role blends strategic leadership with creative execution to elevate brand storytelling across all channels.

Responsibility
- Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns for seasonal launches and ongoing brand initiatives.
- Translate creative concepts into actionable to-do lists across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for product drops, with emphasis on storytelling and performance metrics.
- Oversee content planning, social media, influencer partnerships, and email marketing programs.
- Collaborate with Design and Merchandising to ensure consistent brand voice and superior product presentation.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and report insights to executive leadership.
- Mentor a growing marketing team, partner agencies, and external brands in a collaborative fashion culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience in fashion or luxury retail, with a proven track record of launches and digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, trend forecasting, and seasonal planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, GA4), CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
- Experience with influencer marketing, PR, and experiential/event campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
