Role Overview: You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for fashion collections, collaborating with Product, Design, Merchandising, and Creative to deliver cohesive campaigns that resonate with trend-savvy consumers.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Define brand voice, messaging, and creative guidelines aligned with fashion positioning and seasonal storytelling.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform product launches and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Digital teams on product launches, lookbooks, and shoppable content.
- Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and prepare performance reports for leadership.
- Lead influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, and press-ready stories to amplify reach.
- Optimize ecommerce funnel, onsite experience, and conversion through data-driven experiments.
- Mentor junior marketers and build a high-performing cross-functional marketing team.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Fashion-related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years of fashion or lifestyle brand marketing experience with a proven track record of growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong analytics proficiency (GA4, Looker, Tableau) with the ability to translate data into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and creative collaboration skills.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of fashion industry trends, consumer behavior, and seasonal cycles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
