Responsibility

  • Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long term financial planning for the organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Own monthly close processes, variance analysis, and reliable financial reporting to leadership and the board.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models, scenario analysis, and KPI dashboards to support strategic decision making.
  • Oversee treasury and cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financing strategy.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives, pricing analysis, and profitability improvements across business units.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and product teams to provide proactive financial guidance and risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls; coordinate with external auditors and regulators as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis; advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management across senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast paced, results oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving cost optimization and revenue improvement.
