Responsibility
- Lead and supervise field investigations, mapping, and sampling programs.
- Analyze geological data to assess resource potential and recommend exploration strategies.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, maps, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in drilling, engineering, and environmental units.
- Utilize GIS and industry software to manage, interpret, and model geoscientific data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior geologists and support continuous knowledge development.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Earth Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of geological experience within mineral exploration or mining.
- Proficiency with GIS, 3D modeling, and geostatistical software (e.g., Leapfrog, ArcGIS).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
