TerraForge Geosciences is seeking a highly skilled Senior Geologist to lead exploration programs, conduct resource assessments, and mentor junior staff across sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic terrains. This role combines field leadership with rigorous data analysis to deliver high-quality technical reports, helping clients unlock responsible natural resource development.

Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and lead geological field campaigns, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of results.
- Oversee data collection, logging, sampling, and core analysis; integrate GIS and geochemical data to build robust geological models.
- Perform stratigraphic reconstruction, structural interpretation, and resource estimation in collaboration with clients and engineers.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, maps, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior geologists and support professional development through training and review of work products.
- Communicate clearly with clients to translate complex geology into actionable recommendations and risk assessments.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strict project documentation and QA/QC procedures.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in geology or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional geology experience in exploration, mineral resources, or hydrogeology.
- Professional Geologist (PG) license or eligibility to obtain in Colorado within 12 months.
- Strong field mapping, logging, and data integration skills; proficiency with GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS) and data analysis software.
- Experience with resource estimation methods, rock and mineralogy analysis, and report writing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to field sites and occasionally onsite client meetings; valid driver's license required.
