You will design across branding, packaging, digital media, and print, collaborating with product and marketing teams to transform ideas into impactful visuals.

Responsibility
- Lead concept development for branding and campaigns, translating client objectives into compelling visual systems.
- Design and refine visual identity systems, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and grid layouts.
- Produce assets for web, social, email, packaging, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Mentor and review work of junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Manage multiple projects with timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design across digital and print channels.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong branding portfolio.
- Proven expertise in brand systems, typography, and creative direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Experience designing across print, packaging, and digital media (web, social, email).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent).
