You will translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams, and mentor junior designers. This role blends creative excellence with practical execution across digital and print.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for branding campaigns and product assets
- Develop visual systems, brand guidelines, and style tiles
- Create compelling visuals for digital channels and print collateral
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and UI teams to ensure consistency and usability
- Manage multiple projects with timelines and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and production-ready files
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience; agency or in-house
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, and digital design
- Deep knowledge of color theory, grid systems, and production workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
