Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end visual design from concept to final delivery across branding, digital, and print.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines; ensure consistency across channels.
- Create captivating layouts, illustrations, typography, and color systems.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate requirements into design assets.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to elevate quality.
- Manage multiple projects with deadlines; communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and production best practices.
Qualification
- 5+ years of graphic design experience with emphasis on branding and digital media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identities, packaging, and UI assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid typography, color theory, composition, and attention to detail.
- Experience developing and enforcing brand guidelines; knowledge of print production is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently when needed.
